I had interviewed a number of agents in the area and was highly impressed by Marilyn's professionalism and caring attitude. My house was listed in the beginning of January 1995 and we closed escrow on the sale in mid April 1995. Through the entire sales process, Marilyn kept me informed on her marketing of my property as well as the steps in the escrow process.

Judie and I have been in our new home, here in Placerville, since May 18, 1996, and although we have thanked you , more than once, for all of the help and support you and your staff gave us, during our relocation, we have been remiss in not writing you a note of thanks.
