Doretta Doyle, REALTOR®

Doretta has always had an interest and passion for homes. Before making the move to Real Estate, she owned a very successful hair salon in Sonoma for many years. She and her husband of 20 years and twin sons relocated to the Cameron Park/Shingle Springs area ten years ago.

Doretta is very involved with the community; she has served on the Parent Teacher Club board at Buckeye school for many years, finishing with the President position. While on the Board, she helped with the planning, fundraising and installation of two playgrounds among many other projects. She is also active volunteering with Boy Scouts of America, as her sons are Eagle Scout bound!

Nicole Goff, REALTOR®

Nicole Goff has been around the real estate industry much of her life, having both a grandmother and mother-in-law in residential real estate and a husband in commercial real estate. Nicole has worked closely with Marilyn and her team since 2003.

Nicole is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a BA in Apparel Marketing and Design. She is an alumni of Delta Gamma Fraternity and a current member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She is also a member of CAR, NAR and EDCAR.

Nicole previously worked for nine years at MTS Incorporated, the corporate office of Tower Records. She also worked for Nordstrom, Oracle and for a private investment firm in Palo Alto.

Nicole and her husband, Marilyn’s son Jason, both grew up in El Dorado County. They currently live in El Dorado Hills with their daughters, Kennedy and Kate Alexis.

Debbie Speegle-O'Brien, Escrow Coordination

My job is to handle and coordinate all of the escrows for Marilyn Goff and team members.

I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years. Prior to that I managed the Association of REALTORS® for over 10 years, which is the professional organization for real estate agents. I have been with Marilyn for 8 years.

During the last 30 years of being around people involved in the real estate business, I have established highly valued relationships with other REALTORS®, Transaction Coordinators and Escrow Officers. These relationships and the experience I have gained over the years of handling escrows enables me to efficiently handle the tasks involved with escrows such as: paying special attention to the time lines of contracts, handling and coordinating all inspections, getting appraisers into the property, making sure all required disclosures and all paperwork involved in the escrow is completed in a timely manner.

My experience combined with that of our team is invaluable. I am very proud of the work ethic we operate by as set by Marilyn Goff herself.

Carson Goldberg, Listing Coordinator

I am responsible for managing all of the team’s listings from the point of a signed listing contract until the home is put into escrow. I coordinate all of the events that take place during the listing period from photo shoots and virtual tours to the broker tours and open houses. I make sure all of the information about our seller’s homes is precise and correct in the MLS, websites, and all advertising. I keep in constant contact with all of our sellers giving them feedback on viewings of their home and updates on changing market trends. I am basically the liaison between our office and all of our sellers when Marilyn is not available.

Our team is comprised of 10 licensed REALTORS®, meaning that there is someone ALWAYS available to assist our clients. Experience speaks volume in this business, each transaction teaches you something new and sheds a new light on how to handle each situation that may arise.
