Nicole Goff, REALTOR®

Nicole Goff has been around the real estate industry much of her life, having both a grandmother and mother-in-law in residential real estate and a husband in commercial real estate. Nicole has worked closely with Marilyn and her team since 2003.

Nicole is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a BA in Apparel Marketing and Design. She is an alumni of Delta Gamma Fraternity and a current member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She is also a member of CAR, NAR and EDCAR.

Nicole previously worked for nine years at MTS Incorporated, the corporate office of Tower Records. She also worked for Nordstrom, Oracle and for a private investment firm in Palo Alto.

Nicole and her husband, Marilyn’s son Jason, both grew up in El Dorado County. They currently live in El Dorado Hills with their daughters, Kennedy and Kate Alexis.

Carson Goldberg, Listing Coordinator

I am responsible for managing all of the team’s listings from the point of a signed listing contract until the home is put into escrow. I coordinate all of the events that take place during the listing period from photo shoots and virtual tours to the broker tours and open houses. I make sure all of the information about our seller’s homes is precise and correct in the MLS, websites, and all advertising. I keep in constant contact with all of our sellers giving them feedback on viewings of their home and updates on changing market trends. I am basically the liaison between our office and all of our sellers when Marilyn is not available.

Our team is comprised of 9 licensed REALTORS®, meaning that there is someone ALWAYS available to assist our clients. Experience speaks volume in this business, each transaction teaches you something new and sheds a new light on how to handle each situation that may arise.
