 Meet Marilyn
Welcome
to El Dorado County! You couldn't have picked a more perfect place to live. I
have lived here with my family and enjoyed the lifestyle since 1984.
As a
family, we have spent many happy hours watching our daughters, Heidi and Nicole,
and our son, Jason, participate in their school activities. If there is anything
you would like to know about our schools, I can direct you to the best
information available. There are many wonderful activities for children in this
area. I remember fondly all the musicals and athletic events that I have
attended. We have always believed that education for our children was our most
important responsibility.
Our children are grown and gone now. Jason is married with two daughters,
Kennedy and Kate Alexis and sells commercial real estate in Sacramento. His wife, my
daughter-in-law Nicole, is a Licensed Agent with my office.
My daughter Nicole completed her BA degree at BYU, and resides in Utah with
her husband Scott and their four children; Mason, Marren, Cameron, and Courtney.
My daughter Heidi, has completed her BA degree and has traveled the world
with the Dancers' Company at BYU. Heidi is married with three children; Simon,
Ellie, and William. Her husband Trent, my son-in-law, is a licensed agent and he
too works with my team.
I love being a grandmother!
Being empty-nesters gives my husband and me more time to enjoy this beautiful
area. If you ever need any information about local fishing, my husband is the
man to see. El Dorado County has properties that range from the most basic to
the most luxurious multi-million dollar estates. People from the San Francisco
Bay Area and Southern California are always amazed at the size and quality of
properties here and how much lower in price they are than in their home area.
The quality of life -- less traffic, more open spaces, lakes, rivers, mountains,
etc. close by -- appeals to so many people.
I began my real estate career in 1987 and achieved the Top Producer Status
award that same year and have maintained this status every year since.
Being a
consistent Top Producer, I earned my designation for the International
President’s Elite award.
I am proud to be past Director of the El Dorado Association of REALTORS® and a member of both our state and national Boards of
REALTORS®. In addition, I completed all the coursework necessary to earn the GRI
(Graduate REALTORS® Institute) and CRS (Certified
Residential Specialist)
designations. I am also a Certified Relocation Agent.
